We combine quality, proven
performance, sound, sane bloodlines and quite often a red dun, palomino,
buckskin, dun, from horses bred to cut and rein but also these horses are
winning halter, trail, English, pleasure and more. 20 years of breeding
and research to ensure our horses are fit for purpose.
One month old colt by one of the best
stallions in Europe "ZZ Hoss" and out of (also) foundation bred Docs
Stony Bars who herself has won and placed in ranch horse versatility
in USA, is a trained cutter and roper and knows a reining pattern,
also been ridden out extensively in all winds and weathers for hours
in the UK. ZZ's offspring in USA are started under saddle and
the trainer reports they are the best minded 2 year olds he's ever
trained. Athletic, straight moving and intelligent with something
like £25million dollars in his pedigree. This colt WILL be a
top reining horse who will take you to the top. To make 15 hands. £POA
Tia and Dakota at Hartpury show recently,
both fillies by Muffin...Tia went on to win championship overall,
youngest in the final beating halter bred horses! Nice one Tia. Then
Dakota loading afterwards. Muffin consistently, year after
year producing this kind of quality, athletic offspring.
Cut Me A Jive - drop dead gorgeous 2 year old filly by Muffin
out of Jiven Holiwood Queen. Very sad sale due to a change of
circumstances, Layla is parting with Dakota. She is 100% catch,
clip, box, trim and handle, is ready to start and will make a top
reining horse - she is bred torein! She is
sensitive, clever and athletic. Shown in English and Western
classes, latest show she was reserve champ halter mare. Up to
date with all vaccinations, etc. Delivery possible. A very sweet
filly who comes highly recommended. To make 14.3 hands. Mother is a
lesson horse. Packed with high money earning reining, cutting,
cowhorse in her pedigree. Both parents imported from 60,000 acre
working cattle ranch in USA.
"Lynx to Bueno" (AQHA pending)
May 2010 bay colt out of Southeau Mynx by Muffin.
Mynx is a premium graded mare under the old scheme. This is a
superbly bred, strong and powerfully built and pretty! To make 14.2 plus. Two
older full sisters just won everything and second at Mendip show
last weekend. Clare winning pleasure with sister Milly coming
second and just a 3 year old not long backed! Milly winning
horsemanship, Buffy winning pleasure, trail with Deb and then Open
Champ Trail with Terri Heid-Brazier. Well done sisters!! Can't
praise this colt highly enough and there may not be any
more due to Mynx now being 23 years old.

"Chex R in the Red" (AQHA pending)
Red dun filly out of Ms Betty
Blue and by Muffin. First combination for this pair and we are over
the moon with the result! Pictured here at about 2 hours old,
she was running around with Pink after an hour which wasn't too
clever for a first time mother, so we moved Pink out and this
gorgeous little girl was straight back to her mother. Missy
has been 200% perfect, attentive not over protective and just
superbly calm. We did notice this filly has the same incredible,
balanced movement as her parents, even at an hour old!
Bueno
Chexinic, Great Red Pine, Peppy San Badger, Cutter Bill, Doc O
Lena....look them up and see what an amazing pedigree this filly
has, oh yes, and a nice colour! £4,500
"My Amber Wine" (AQHA pending)
Buckskin filly by Muffin out of Chianti. What can I
say?! She is just awesome! As light on her feet and as smooth
as her parents, full sister winning overall championships at major
shows. £3,750. Mother is western lesson horse for novice and
terrified(!!) riders.
"Jiven For Gold" (AQHA pending)
Palomino filly out of Holly who has won and placed in Western
Pleasure even though she's bred to rein, cowhorse,
rope, versatility!! She is now a lesson horse in between foaling and
is one of the smoothest rides you'll ever find, everyone's favourite
along with the other mares and ZZ that we do lessons with of course!
A very very gentle and forgiving mare as honest and sweet as the
summer days are long...just made that up! Poetic, eh?
Holly's sire has hundreds of points in cowhorse, reining, roping and
Holly's grandsire on her mother's side is Holidoc who has $200,000
earnings himself.
By
Muffin who needs no introduction. A top quality strong and correct
filly who will no doubt fulfil anyone's dreams.
£3,750

"Georgia Mellow Peach" (AQHA pending)
Dun filly born mothers day by Muffin out of Susie.
Top notch filly with incredible friendly character already, poo
picking is impossible...end up just playing with her and Satin's
filly. She will make 15.2 plus like her brother Banjo and is
totally unflappable and sensible without being dull and boring.
Packed with hall of fame money earning/producing relations, mother
world show qualifying producer and she's foundation bred and a very
nice colour with nice eyelashes too (can't believe I said that!!)
Susie's sire is 100+ point earner in USA in 5 different events.
£3,750 - SOLD

"Twilight Eclipse"
Satin's filly (below) was born a week
before the above filly. Again by Muffin and full brother
just won high point champ again at the Deptfords.
Another one to make 15.2 and again, as with all Satin
and Susie's, born 10 years old. SOLD!
The above gelding, Little Joe Lynx is by Muffin
and out of Mynx. He
will be 2 years old in August. He is very
reluctantly for sale as Philippa would like
something bigger and he will make 14.2
hands. She is getting more and more attached
to him and now wants him to go to a new home
to be started. It is rare that an Evans QH
comes for sale on the open market like this,
so don't miss out on him again - you already
missed him as a foal and he's now almost
ready to start under saddle.
He has had loads of ground training using
natural horsemanship methods and comes to
call and is very friendly, sensible and
sweet.
More recent pics of him very soon, he is
gorgeous golden palomino and his mother,
Mynx, is a premium graded mare under the old
scheme, full sister Beuno Pep O Lena just
about to hit the shows this summer again.
